Durham Crusaders - Peewee AE

The Peewee AE Crusaders beat the Mitchell Meteors 4-1 Saturday to sweep the OMHA semi-finals. The team awaits the winners of the Twin Centre / Plattsville series.

In the series winning game, Jackson EH started the scoring after receiving a rink long pass from Brad M. Jackson added another goal later in the 2nd. Lucas P and John W had the other goals. The Orange and Yellow lines had numerous chances and the score might have been higher if not for the strong Mitchell goaltending.

The team played a strong series holding the Meteors to only 2 goals over the 3 games. The defense and goaltending were solid in the wins.
